I cannot access Boot Options

I have a new P670SE that works great. Thanks all. I have a portable CD via USB & I need to boot Acronis TI. On page 130 of the manual I should be able to access Boot Options via F7 at Startup. No luck. Please help. Thanks.

    I did a "Refresh" on the system & all is well. Thanks Taylor for working with me on this.
