Access "The Phantom Pain" game

With my Menace 17 I was supposed to get a free copy of "The Phantom Pain" game. I followed the instructions and used the coupon code to access the game. It told me that I now had access to it. How do I start it/find it/run it? NVIDIA was no help. They said get in touch with GeForce. I did and lots of luck. I tried reentering the coupon and it says "This coupon has already been redeemed".   Any idea how I can get to this game?

    When following the instructions, it should have emailed you a link for the Steam code, after you entered in all your information, including email address.
