LGA 1151 Liquid Cooler

I do not have an order, but I would like to make an inquiry for future reference.
When configuring a Tower Gaming Desktop with an LGA 1151 socket, and then attempting to add an Corsair H100i liquid CPU cooler, your system does not enable this to be possible, despite this CPU cooler being compatible with the LGA 1151 socket. Is there a solution to this or is this something that will be fixed in the future? Thank you in advance.
