Adding a second GTX 760

My AVADirect desktop computer has a single GTX 760 video card. I am thinking about adding another 760 as I am now running 3 27 inch monitors and I believe two cards will do a better job of that than one card. Am i correct in that? My machine runs very quiet and I want to keep it that way. This is my current card:

EVA GeForce GTX 760 Dual SuperClocked w/ ACX Cooling 1072-1137MHz 4GB GDDR5 6008MHz, PCIe x16 SLI, DP + HDMI +2x DVI.

Graphics cards have come a long way. Unless you get get a phenomenal deal on a GTX 760, you're better off purchasing a GTX 960 and using that as your sole source of graphics. Last I checked, a single GTX 960 competes with GTX 760s in SLI.
