Custom Notebook - MSI 1722/Core 2 Q9000/9600M GT

Some customers have a vision into what the most beautiful should look like.  They select the options on our website and we start to build it.  We then realize just how awesome a computer some of these systems really are.  This system was chosen and configured by an actual customer and we are displaying it here for your viewing pleasure.

This notebook has the perfect balance of size, power, and performance.  The big 17" screen is great for people who need the resolution and size that only this big of a screen can offer.  The 9600M GT offers great mid-range gaming performance.  While not a Crysis killer of a GPU, its small power usage means a cooler-running notebook and one that can actually game on its battery.

The options selected by this customer is going to provide some great processing performance.  The Q9000 is the first ever quad-core mobile processor for notebooks to offer desktop like performance.  This processor will tear apart multi-threaded applications that have before brought simple dual-cores to their knees.  With 4GB of DDR2 memory and a large and fast hard drive to match, this system is the must-have configuration for those that want a big screen, mid-range gaming performance, and high-end computational power.

    Hi Matt,

I just posted a question about this MSI in the Notebook forum. Figured I'd cross post the link here, as others might have the same configuration questions.
