optical drives

Hi,
I had an old version of Norton 360.  Uninstalled this version in order to load new version 6.  For some reason, both of my CD drives are not showing up when I open My Computer.  When I check them in the control panel, they show up, but have the exclamation point warning sign next to the icon.  So I currently don't have any CD/DVD/BD drive right now---thinking maybe I lost the drivers somehow during the uninstall???  When my computer shipped last year, there was one LG disc labeled "Super Multi Blue Install Disc".  Does this have a driver for one of the drives and if so, I do I load it if I dont have any workable drives.  These are the drives from my order form
ODW-SNY-AD7261S0B, Sony AD7261S Black 24X DVDR/RW Dual layer burner with Lightscribe, SATA, OEM and the other is
OBR-LGE-UH10LS20 LG UH10LS20 Black 10x/16x/48x BD/DVD RW/CD-RW Blu-ray Disc Combo Drive with Lightscribe SATA Retail.  Need help suggestions on how to remedy drives and get Antivirus on computer.  Thanks!

    Hello bwo22,
    Sometimes the missing optical drivers can be contributed to the corrupt registry entries called the Upper and the Lower filters.

    Please keep in mind that editing your registry can be dangerous so it's very important that you follow directions exactly as they say.
