Computer repair can be broken down into several steps to give you and understanding of how the process works.
- Diagnostic Phase
The diagnostic phase of computer repair tests all aspects of the computer to determine the cause of the failure or problem. During this phase we test all hardware for failure, as well as make sure drivers are current and there is no viruses or unsupported software. We diagnose the problem to either a specific hardware failure or software failure and then recommend the best course of action.
- Repair Phase
If the diagnostic phase determined that there was a component failure, we will offer to replace the failed component with a direct replacement. If a direct replacement is not available, or at customer's request, we can replace the failed component with a similar choice.
If the diagnostic phase determines that there was a software error, we will offer take the proper steps necessary to clear the system of the errors.
- Testing Phase
All repaired systems will go through an intense 24-72 hour testing phase that stresses the processor, hard drive, memory, and video card. This testing ensures that the system is 100% stable and all errors have been corrected before the system is delivered back to the customer.
- Post Service Support
