   Custom Server - SuperMicro 3U Server/Dual Operton/8600 GT OC

Some customers have a vision into what the most beautiful should look like.  They select the options on our website and we start to build it.  We then realize just how awesome a computer some of these systems really are.  This system was chosen and configured by an actual customer and we are displaying it here for your viewing pleasure.

This is one major storage server.  While it does have space for up to eight hard drives, this customer only opted to equip one 73 GB SCSI drive.  This is because this server is not a data or storage server.  This server is in fact part of a network that operates a large graphic and audio device for the customer.

Because of this, this system has two AMD Opteron processors that deliver stable and outstanding performance.  Its 2 GB of memory may be small for a normal server, but is plenty fast and big enough for a graphic server.  Its GeForce 8600 GT video card is light on power consumption, yet delivers outstanding performance for its class.

It has a clean install and looks great.  Lets take a peek to see what is running this machine.
