Say I sent you a SSD Mobile Rack to you and have you guys test it try it out and see how it does. I'm interested in trying one but, have no idea if they work properly as a boot drive

Interesting I don't raid though and only need one drive. Also since its possible my rig will be 1155 I doubt they will have 10+ sata ports 2011 will have 14

It's a low cost unit, so regardless of if you will use all the space it's around the same price as the others so you might as well go with the Thermaltake. Feel free to consult me if you have more questions about your requirements.
