I am not sure if this is the right location to post this, but I need help building a PC for my girlfriend who's old laptop finally gave up trying to survive. We are both broke college students, but we both enjoy gaming, and so I am looking for a sweet spot machine that does not drive me into debt, but can actually run things on low to mid settings.
The problem is, I have not built a computer for 4 years, and so much has happened in the PC world that I feel like I do not have a good starting spot. I am hoping to get one for under 800, but the lower the better, if anyone can help get me going in the right direction, I would be very happy. |

Hello Caelinus,
Certainly, I am happy to assist you:
Price: $822.05 I did my very best to stay under $800, but I'm afraid a gaming PC requires a specific format of performance that you must adhere to in order to truly provide yourself with an acceptable gaming experience. You will also have the option to upgrade parts, as you feel, in the future.
Please feel free to post with any questions you may have. Thank you for visiting AVAForums!
Kind Regards,
