The How-To guides section is designed to help troubleshoot common computer problems and help you determine the root cause of issues you're having.  
Discussion in the topics is allowed, as long as these rules are being followed:

Making sure to keep all conversations relevant to the topic
Refraining from use of bad language, racial slurs, etc.
Refraining from posting "help needed" support topics
All other rules outlined in the http://www.avadirect.com/forum/forum_posts.asp?TID=1 rules section
Please do not create topics in the How-To Guides. Should you have an issue with your system that is not covered by any of our how-to guides, please feel free to post in the Help Desk section and one of our technical support representatives will assist you accordingly. 
Feel free to discuss the How-To guide, add any input you might have, or share whether or not the guide has worked for you. If you have suggestions or comments regarding improving the guide or modifying certain aspects, those comments are also welcome.
