Help Desk section has been created for users to post questions pertaining to problems with their custom computers.

Before you post a question in Help Desk, head on over to the How-To Guides and try some of the suggestions there. If your issue persists or you were unable to resolve it, feel free to create a new topic in this section.


  • Be as descriptive as possible
  • Provide the custom system configuration list
  • Provide the operating system you're running along with version/updates (e.g SP1)
  • Provide a detailed time line such as how long the problem has been going on for, etc

All other forum rules still apply.
