Hey was curious if there was a way to get a quick status check on when the expected ship date on my order is.
Its been 2 weeks since the order was placed. I was never in a hurry to receive the computer until i got some "drastic changes" news at work and am worried that i wont be around to accept delivery starting in September. My order# is AVA-389200 Im still going to be around this week to accept (my hope is that it ships by Thursday) up until 9-5. After that im going to be an office junkie for some time and fear the the computer will be returned to you guys since i just wont be all day and most the evening. So is there any way to get expected ship dates, ive already checked my customer account and see its been "processing" for a while but no explanation with how far along that process they are. Id call but am busy on the phone all day so i figured this might be a good spot to get some updates. Oh and by all means take as long as possible to get a quality and working computer to my door, ill figure something out if its going to take 3-4 weeks...just the earlier i know the better i can make arrangements. |

No problem, I'm happy to assist you with your question! Actually, it looks like your order is currently in pre-shipping and scheduled to ship out today! We will have tracking information posted once available. Considering your location, you should have the computer either tomorrow, or next Monday at the latest. Once we provide the tracking number it will give you a definite arrival date for you to coordinate receipt on your end. We were able to receive the parts sooner than expected, so this allowed us to spend the necessary amount of time to ensure you receive a high-quality, completed system built by us! Means i wont have to take a day off to sit around and wait for the UPS kickball specialist to arrive! |

Hello Cruncy,
I just checked with the shipping department to see what the hold up was. There were a lot of held shipments due to the weather around here last week, so we are a little behind in our shipping schedule. It's been pouring rain here on an off, and apparently the surrounding states weather has delayed shipments for FedEx as well. The gentleman that boxes and preps our orders said yours will be going out today. We were not in the office yesterday, due to Labor day, otherwise it would have shipped then so I apologize for any inconvenience caused.
