AVADirect, a leading provider of custom computer systems, now offers a leading line of rackmount workstations fully customizable to fit the needs of their client base.
Within the past year, Intel has set new standards for industry performance through various sockets and chipsets, both available in desktop or notebook configuration. Now, AVADirect offers a unique solution through their rackmount workstation configurations, perfect for enterprise, educational, and studio environments. AVADirect offers four different chipsets, each with the offering of 3U & 4U rackmount form-factors, SLI/Crossfire support, RAID capabilities, and a selection of different rackmount case brands. Each chipset offers a plethora of expansion capabilties, outlined below. While all configurations offer similar customization, particular differences are as follows. 

Intel C206: Xeon E3 - Socket 1155
·         Up to 32GB DDR3-1600 ECC unbuffered or non-ECC memory 

Intel Z77: Ivy Bridge - Socket 1155

·         Up to 32GB DDR3-2800 dual-channel memory 

Intel X79: SAndy Bridge-E - Socket 2011
·         Up to 64GB DDR3-2400 quad-channel memory 
·         4U: Up to 8 SATA hard drives or SSD drives w/ optional hot-swap capability 
·         3U: Up to 6 SATA hard drives or SSD drives w/ optional hot-swap capability
