Over-Heating!!

Ok so I have this computer I got from Ava not to long ago. It seems I am having some real over heating issues. Can anyone give me some advice on the best way of getting my temps down. The case has 5 fans in it. Here is the computer.....

    I have a similar setup and am also having overheating issues
