Product Availability - How to read inventory statuses?
To avoid negative shopping experience we highly recommend to verify product availability information before placing your order. The availability information is published on every product page and provided in form of the following inventory statuses:
IN STOCK -
The product is in stock and usually can be shipped within 1-2 business days after the payment is received.
LOW STOCK -
The product is in stock but has limited availability, i.e. less than 10 items are available. Please note that availability of ordered product(s) may change while there is a delay in payment processing, usually we do not reserve ordered quantity until payment for the order is processed, in such cases we cannot guarantee final allocation of ordered quantity and therefore recommend to our customers to promptly resolve any payment issues when products with Low Stock status have been ordered.
SPECIAL ORDER -
Special order products are usually shipped directly from manufacturer or other vendor and availability information is not provided by them in timely fashion. Additionally, be aware that processing of special order products may take significantly (up to 1-2 weeks) more time due to availability reasons and separate return policy applies to all special order products.
NOT AVAILABLE -
The product is not available at this time and cannot be shipped in timely fashion.
Availability of the product cannot be determined by our electronic records, though it does not necessarily mean that the product is not available. In such cases we recommend to contact us to get availability information.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Though the product availability information provided on our website is not real-time, it is accurate up to one day and in most cases is sufficient to determine actual product availability.
