Possibility of AVA adding GTX 780's with 6gb of VRAM?

With VRAM clearly becoming more important over the next few years as can be seen by the latest release of Watch Dogs in which some GTX 780s and even Titans experienced severe stuttering due to their 3GB of Vram, do you think it would be possible for AVA to include some 6GB versions in their lineup/list of available graphics cards to put into their computers so that customers can better future-proof their graphics card? I'm talking about products like these:

And hopefully soon, because of impressive benchmarks:

Absolutely, considering we carry all kind of high end cards, these part numbers will definitely make it into our configurator as soon as we can get our hands on them. Now, we do not purchase items through Amazon or Ebay as we only buy from trusted vendors. As soon as they're available, these cards will be added to the line-up.

They are basically re-boots of the same GTX 780 board but with added RAM, which has already been present on TITAN cards.

Okay! That sounds good. Somewhat random question, I'm noticing on the configurator that while you can get the GTX 770 for the first graphics card, you can't get it for a possible second graphics card, which seems a bit weird to me considering you can get the R9 290s SLI. Is it a difference in card size or something?

    hobiehomecat,

That is very odd indeed. I can't tell if it's a bug in our configurator or if something else is preventing you from selecting another GTX 770. If the PSU selected is adequate, there should be no reason not to include another 770. From a technical standpoint, I don't see any issues. However, anytime a discrepancy like this occurs, my suggestion would be to shoot an email to [email protected] to verify everything is in order and they can always modify and add items to your configuration, even when our online configurator may not.

    Kind regards,
