Dear customer,
I'm very sorry to hear this has happened. Is this true for both USB 3.0 and 2.0 ports? If so, have you attempted to reload the USB 3.0 driver and see if those ports work correctly? What kind of devices are you using in the ports? You can also try to use a version of Live Linux operating system such as Ubuntu and boot from it. If the system runs USB fine, then the issues may be with the software, perhaps the Windows OS install itself.
