Lighting issue

So i got the 20 LED lighting w/ remote package for my pc, and the lights arent responding to the remote.  Is this a driver issue or is something else? If its a driver issue can someone please provide the link to the driver so i can download and install it?

    Hello Extracter,
     
    The lighting / remote installed in these PCs does not have a software - level interface at all.  However for the remote to work on the lights it must have a line of sight to the light strip controller inside the case.  If this PC has a window case you can normally point the controller directly at the window to change the lights with the remote!
