AVA Computer Upgrades

I've had my AVA computer now for 5 years, and it's been a great tool.  However, it's been acting up with Windows 10, so I would like to send it back and have upgrades installed on my existing frame.  Has anyone had any experience with such a process?  Is there a page on AVA that gives assistance in this area?

    Yes, just contact our Sales department via email ([email protected]) and provide them with your AVA-XXXXXX reference number. Elaborate on the upgrades you wish to perform, and they can quote you accordingly, as well as provide you with an RMA to send the system in.
