I've had issues with after booting up I get desktop then a few seconds get blue screen then red dots on bottom of desktop. Then yesterday it did the same thing but after blue screen desktop appears size of you tube video with alot of red dots. I used GPU-Z on idle I got these numbers

GPU memory clock 300 mhz
GPU temp 67 c
fan speed 30% fan speed 1477 rpm
GPU temp #1 69 c
GPU temp #2 70 c
GPU temp #3 69.5
VDDC 9500 v
VDDC1 1100 v
VDDC current3.5 A
VDDC1 current 4.6 A
Is this too hot temp wise
