Computer upgrades question

I have sent my system in for an upgrade before. The experience I had wasn't completely perfect. I was wondering if AVA would ever offer recycling of parts customer no longer wants vs sending them back to me when upgrade is done. Usually the reason you upgrade  a few parts not whole system is you want newer of updated stuff or switch cases.  Even if I'd have to sign something for legal purposes.

    Did you have a bad experience with us when you sent in your system for upgrades? If so, I'm very sorry to hear so and would very much like to hear your thoughts.

     

    As far as a recycle program I do not believe we have one at the moment, but I may be able to see what can be done for you.
