Thank you for visiting the Sales FAQ section of AVAForums! Here, you can read the most frequently asked Sales questions.



Q. Does AVADirect Ship Outside of the United States?


A. Currently, AVADirect does not ship outside of the United States and is unable to accept international forms of payment. However, this is merely a limitation and AVADirect is still capable of fulfilling international orders. If you are located outside of the US, please contact our Sales department for further assistance.


 


Q. Do you accept other methods of payment besides credit card?


A. Yes, we accept the following payment methods:




  • Paypal

  • Check

  • Money Order

  • Wire Transfer

Q. Do the configuration tools on AVADirect.com allow you to select parts that are incompatible?

A. Although AVADirect reduces most of the obvious incompatibilities, it is possible to select a combination of options that may not work. If you prefer, you are welcome to call or email the sales department to confirm compatibility of your configuration.


Alternatively, every order that is submitted through AVADirect.com will pass through a Technical Order Verification process. If your order has incompatibilities, you will be notified prior to processing so all issues can be resolved.



Q. I would like to have a component added to my configuration, that is not listed on AVADirect.com, can this be done?


A. Yes, based on part availability and nature of the part. You can contact our sales department to request a specific part that is not listed on AVADirect.com


 


Q. I submitted an order previously, and now that my order is processed the prices have decreased. Can I receive a credit for my order?


A. Unfortunately, AVADirect cannot honor price fluctuations after an order has been processed. AVADirect has no control over current market values, therefore we are bound by the set pricing once an order has been placed. AVADirect will also honor a price, after an order has been processed, if pricing has increased so this works both ways.


 


Q. Do you offer Military/Educational discounts?


A. Yes, please contact our Government Sales Department to determine if you qualify.


 


Q. I have some components that I plan to add after receiving my system. Will this void my warranty?


A. AVADirect has an open-case warranty policy. The system you purchase is yours and AVADirect allows you to do as you please. Keep in mind, any damage caused from improper installation of damage control will result in a voided warranty.


 


Q. I have some components that I would like to re-use, but I'm not able to install them myself. Can I ship them to you for installation during assembly of my new system?


A. Yes, for a fee AVADirect will implement any parts into your computer that you wish to re-use. Please keep in mind, AVADirect is not responsible for any issues experiences with said hardware, being either a compatibility issue or malfunction.


 


Q. I would like to request certain settings or setups for my order. How can I do this?


A. Once you have placed your order, please contact the sales department. Provide your AVA-XXXXXX reference number and we will be happy to document your requests.
