ORDER - "Bill to phone"? What's that mean?

ORDER - "Bill to phone"? What's that mean?

I was just going to buy a computer.  On checkout under the home phone number there is another box I'm required to fill called "bill to phone".  Is that where my bank phone goes or is this supposed to my home phone my bank has or is a phone bill that you will somehow charge or what?

    Bill to Phone is the number your credit card provider has on file, for you. The second phone number required is the 1-800 number on the back of the card, in which we use to verify your information with your credit card provider. :-)
