Summertime is always fun; kids are out of school, watermelon is as sweet as ever, swimming, and so much more. For gamers, it is just another season unchanged. However, every gamer looks forward to Fall each year, as that is when the latest and greatest titles finally arrive in our Steam library to play.
With games becoming more and more fidelity heavy and dense with as much realism as possible, it is always important to be up to date (as much as possible) with your PC hardware. Today, look at upcoming titles and if your custom gaming PC or mini gaming PC is ready to take on the load.
Starfield – September 6th, 2023
Starfield, a game that needs no introduction, is the latest title (and new IP) from Bethesda Game Studios. This sci-fi RPG will take us into space with over 1000 planets to explore, caves/mines to explore, people to meet and loot to collect. People are already calling it Fallout/Skyrim in space. And I cannot wait! This title is running of the Creation Engine 2; while dated, it will be demanding. Lies of P – September 19th, 2023
Lies of P can be summed up in this simple statement: Dark Souls meets Pinocchio. This grim-looking title looks like an absolute blast, especially being a fan of the Souls games and Elden Ring (my game of the year 2022).
However, it is critical to have hardware that can keep up with the frames during those crucial moments in a boss battle – as you know, one simple mistake, and you are done for. Let’s look at those requirements below:

Cities: Skyline took the world by storm, becoming what the Sim City fans always wanted in a city simulation. While it wasn’t my cup of tea, I respect the developers as they genuinely listened to their fans. Well, they are back with a sequel to the critically acclaimed title. While this won’t be a super GPU-intensive title, it will be CPU intensive with everything going on. Is your custom gaming PC or mini gaming PC ready? Let’s look:

There are many more games out there. However, these are just a few titles. I am excited about these three (even if one of them isn’t my cup of tea).
