Compact Gaming PC Built on Bitfenix Survivor Black Mini-Tower Case, ASUS P8P67-M PRO Rev 3.0, Intel Core i7-2600, Kingston 8GB (4 x 2GB) DDR3-1600, EVGA GeForce GTX 560 Ti
This compact gaming PC was configured by real customer and individually produced by AVADirect in July 2011.
AVADirect is a company that, not only helps set the standard for the custom boutique business, but other companies as well. This particular build is for a client that owns several photo manipulation stations; remotely and in retail. The purpose of this machine is to allow their customer to edit existing photos by dumping images, via USB or media card, to the workstation and creating a crisper, clearer, or altered photo to their liking. Basically, this configuration is a Kodak photo booth on steroids. I had the pleasure of personally working with the customer on this configuration, and it was a great pleasure to work with them. A crucial decision for this configuration was the case. The client wanted a case that his customers would associate his business with; a style that was unforgettable to his customers. For this, we decided upon the Bitfenix Survivor case. The design is unlike any you will see from manufacturers like Corsair, Coolermaster, or Antec. The second most important component to the configuration was the graphics card. Since these workstations would be used for photo editing there had to be a graphics card worth of the task: GTX 560 ti; nothing more, and nothing less. In combination with the 3.4Ghz processor, 8GB of RAM, and 10K RPM hard drive you have a “smokin’” machine. Working closely business to business is also very important for us, and we work equally as hard to meet deadlines, meet requirements, and make lasting impressions as we do with our consumers.
