Important Order Information: Processing Time: Orders that do not require assembly: 1 to 3 business days (There may be a delay if we encounter payment verification issues or purchased products are special order items) Orders that require assembly: 5 to 10 business days for regular systems, 7-14 business days for systems with special customization options (There may be a delay if we encounter payment verification issues, or configured system contains special order items) We do offer an option of "Rush Processing" for an additional fee. Please contact us with your request. Because we offer a wide variety of components and thoroughly test and burn-in each system for 48-72 hours prior to shipping, although very rare, we may encounter a defect or compatibility issues with hardware and/or software that you have selected. In this case, there will be a delay in processing your order. It is to your advantage that we perform this process to avoid future problems, and deliver a high quality stable system. Processing times start upon payment authorization and do not include in-shipping transit period. Shipping Information: At this time, most of our shipments are transported fully insured and signature required. Our preferred carrier is UPS; however, we also transport via FedEx, DHL, USPS, and freight companies. If you have a preferred shipping carrier, please contact us upon submitting your order to notify us of your preferred shipping carrier (Additional charges will apply). Orders being transported to Hawaii and Alaska must be delivered via Overnight or Second Day shipping method. Major carriers do not deliver to these states via Ground method. We ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses via USPS carrier (Additional charges may apply). There may be several weeks transit time for Military APO/FPO. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays and major holidays. Carriers do not deliver on Sunday. Saturday delivery is available upon request for an additional fee. We ship to locations outside the US. Please contact us to discuss available options. Customer is responsible for any duty taxes billed by customs. If you do not see a shipping charge after entering your shipping zip-code, please contact us or submit order with ‘Non-estimatable’ option and we will contact you with actual shipping charge. Payment Information: We accept all major credit cards, checks, PayPal, and wire transfers. If you are interested in using a check, PayPal, or wire transfer as a payment method, please contact us for order assistance. We currently do not accept credit cards issued outside the US. We accept Purchase Orders from Government, Health, Educational and Non-profit organizations. Purchase Orders from commercial organizations are subject for approval.
