They are all available with the standard three-year warranty, and will be featured in the Scorpio Blue series, which could eventually make their way into the higher-performing Scorpio Black Series. The only difference is the speed, which has been increased to a 7200RPM standard, a specification that Western Digital holds over Toshiba's new notebook hard disks. 4/23/2010	Industry News: Toshiba to Release High Capacity Notebook Hard Drives "Toshiba recently announced that they will be releasing a new line of notebook hard drives that are the highest capacity drives on the market. They will all share the same 5400RPM, 8MB level of cache, and SATA 3Gb/s transfer rate. They also have a new "silent seek" quality that makes the drives one of the most quiet hard disks in a notebook. Newer models will include 750GB, and 1TB of data storage. Finally, those who seek dense storage in a notebook will be able to soak in the idea of carrying around multiple hard disks with an interface, unlike using external hard disk solutions.
