AVADirect Update Regarding COVID-19

Ohio Gov. DeWine has issued a stay at home order for the state of Ohio, which begins Monday, March 23 at 11:59pm and ends April 6 at 11:59pm for all non-essential personnel and businesses.
The state of Ohio has issued a 12-page order defining essential versus non-essential.
The Department of Homeland Security and the state of Ohio have defined the Information Technology Sector as a critical service.

AVADirect plays a vital role in the information technology sector, therefore, our Ohio headquarters and distribution center will remain open and our Sales and Support staff will remain readily available to serve our customers.
We need to continue supplying support to our customers working from home, as well as our clientele at research facilities, hospitals and government agencies.

We have been able to sustain operations by minimizing the risk to our employees per CDC and governmental recommendations and continue to monitor public health guidelines and update our policies accordingly.

AVADirect will remain open, actively assembling PCs and supplying support to our customers. Current orders are still on schedule to be shipped and we will continue to accept incoming orders to supply remote workers and other essential employees the necessary technology to complete their jobs.

If you have questions, please contact your AVADirect sales representative or customer support directly.
We are available during our typical business hours via phone, email or livechat here
We will provide any updates regarding our operations through our website, email newsletter and social platforms.

We wish everyone continued health during this time as we face this crisis together.

Sincerely,
Alex Sonis
CEO of AVADirect Custom Computers
