It very exciting to be a customer computer builder for the very reason of watching each customer pick and choose their configuration and watching it brought to life. This configuration is what we would call the “end all, be all” system for practically every single applications or game you can throw at it. The customer had some help along the way with our on our sales representatives, but that’s exactly what we are here for: guidance. The 2600K processor was not only a smart choice for this configuration, but the best available option for the Sandy Bridge chipset at the moment. The system even features the latest Z68 chipset which literally provides this system with the latest and greatest features on the market; combine these features with our overclocking package and you are flying high. 8GB of DDR3 at 2000Mhz might be considered overkill for the amount of RAM and intended use, but this is equally as effective as 12GB-16GB of RAM at 1066Mhz-1333Mhz. Three GTX 580 graphics cards in SLI will literally slaughter any game you throw at them, no matter what it is. I like the fact the two 120GB SSD drives were left separate from each other, rather than RAIDed. SSD drives and RAID do not mix well, so keeping them separate is not only smart for reliability reasons, but keeps the system more organized too. The end-user has taken a serious approach for data storage with two 2TB hard disks; running out of space will not me a scenario for quite some time. Now there’s the Bitfenix case, or “the icing on the cake”. The case itself has a unique design, but add a custom side-panel window and you have a truly custom computer from the inside and out. These configurations are the perfect example for why we provide custom computers to our customers, businesses, and enthusiasts alike. Human beings themselves are similar, but not exactly the same, so why should we offer the exact same configurations to our customer? I have to give credit to this customer for deciding upon this configuration; very well done!
