Our custom gaming systems are a direct extension of our customers creativity. By having the ability to build exactly what you is allows you to express yourself in a manner that most people cannot. For this end-user, it tells me that he wants a powerful, effective, yet well-ventilated computer; this tells me they are protected in their investment by keeping components cool and free of problematic heat concerns. The H100 cooler will not only keep the CPU cool, but it’s a quiet alternative than using a large CPU air cooler. I’m also delighted to see they took advantage of the new 7970 graphics card, which offers more performance than the current high-end GTX 580 at almost the same price. Judging by the 1200w power supply, the end-user will most likely add another graphics card in the future. Though a 1000w would have sufficed, it’s always a great idea to give your power supply some breathing room. The less you max out the power output capacity, the less stress it endures thus reducing temperatures. The customer also opted for no operating system, which most companies do not allow. We have faith that our customers can perform certain tasks on their own, so why not give them more options? We feel it’s very important for customer built computers, one of the main reasons that makes us AVADirect.
