On the performance end, the configuration features the high-end, five-core 2500K processor that we overclocked to 10-20% using our free mild-overclocking service. The EVGA Superclock cooler is very useful for this service to help keep the processor cool while pushing it to the limit of speed. 8GB of DDR3 1600Mhz RAM will ensure the system has plenty of resource now and in the distant future. The MSI, R6950 Twin Frozr III Power Edition/OC, Radeon™ HD 6950 at 850MHz provides the end-user with high-end dedicated graphics. The 2GB of video RAM makes it easy to play the latest games and view high-texture images at high resolutions. The hard drive setup is very particular as well; a fast SSD for instant reaction time in Windows 7 64-bit, and a solid 1TB RAID 1 array for data redundancy. These storage setups are becoming largely common amongst PC enthusiasts. What really sums up this configuration as a whole is the Silverstone Fortress case, Silver in color, and large enough to expand beyond the initial configuration.
