COVID-19 AVADirect Extended Update 05-07-2020

On May 3rd, the Ohio Department of Health announced an update to Ohio’s “Stay At Home” order. The order will expire and on May 4th, 2020 the Responsible Restart Ohio mandatory guidelines will go into place.

AVADirect will continue to prioritize employee health and safety, while maintaining customer support and order processing.

Response Restart Ohio Guidelines
AVADirect will be following CDC and governmental recommendations while continuing to monitor public health guidelines and update our policies accordingly. AVADirect is ensuring that all employees maintain a six-foot distance, encouraging proper and frequent hygiene practices, providing and requiring face coverings for all employees, conducting daily health assessments and implementing additional cleaning procedures as recommended by CDC’s guidelines.

Supply and Order Processing
Our purchasing department is working extremely hard to maintain our supply of components. However, we are experiencing shortages in regards to some components and manufacturers. For any questions or concerns, please contact a member of our sales team in order to ensure shipping times. Our Sales Staff will be able to advise on hardware availability and recommend more readily available components for quicker shipping options.
