I wasn't looking to build a rocket ship. Being able to review and choose components that met my needs is
crucial to me. AvaDirect's website allowed me to easily compare and pick the system and parts best
suited for my applications. The ordering process was simple and straight forward. One of the nicest
parts during the processing time was the progress indicators on my order. From un-boxing to first power
up and on, I'm impressed with the build quality. So, here's the challenge...... My old system was a
custom build as well. (Not from AVA) but it lasted me 18 years of daily use. Looking forward to this
system surpasing that!

I was tempted to give everything 4 stars so I could give sales service 5. Jimmy Schuler did a great job
and helped a lot. He asked what I was planning for the system and helped to clean up the config. He
helped iron out a couple of issues during build. I'm very happy with what we ended up with. I've put my
video card and dvd burner in and added my ssd from my old system and it's all working perfectly. And the
case is great. I can't tell it's running. I was really happy to have found your site and the personal
help just made it all the better. Thanks!

Within the last 22+ years, AVADirect perfected a scalable assembly department that can custom
assemble and test thousands of identical and unique configurations. We also employ an office staff
consisting of our highly trained sales team, technical support staff, R&D specialist, warehouse
team, and product management department.
AVADirect is the only US-based company that offers an extensive array of components to customers
looking to build a custom computer. The AVADirect business model does not have any limitations in
assembly. If your PC build is physically capable and compatible, our team will build it.
Since AVADirect has yet to determine what parts a customer will pick for their configuration,
AVADirect keeps only some of the 15000+ components in stock at our Ohio production facility.
AVADirect is integrated into most of the USA's major distribution centers and works directly with
many manufacturers. Over the years, we have developed a purchasing platform that helps our
purchasing department allocate and receive available products within 24-48 hours.
All AVADirect-built computers undergo a 24-hour burn-in to ensure component stability and PC build
temperatures. If we see any issues, such as elevated temperatures or inconsistent performance, we
will notify the customer and rectify the problem before shipping.
AVADirect Custom Computers was founded in 2000. Alex Sonis opened AVADirect as a retail seller of
computer components, traveling to trade shows throughout the USA and hand-assembling computers for
customers.
AVADirect works with customers from all walks of life; it could be a PC Gamer, an experienced MIT
engineer, a military procurement officer, or a company looking for a precise configuration for their
R&D department.
All AVADirect custom-built computer configurations are covered by our 2-Year labor / 1-Year parts
Basic warranty. More coverage is available up to our Platinum level warranty of Lifetime Labor /
4-Year Parts / 2-Year Return Shipping OR Advanced Part Replacement. Our expertly trained technical
support team will troubleshoot and solve any issues that may arise.
